After using the Rigil extensively, I can confidently say it delivers professional-grade results for a desktop 3D scanner. The precision and consistency of scans are impressive, capturing fine details with minimal post-processing required. The software integration is seamless, making it easy to export models in multiple formats. For anyone needing reliable, high-quality 3D scanning in a compact setup, the Rigil is a solid choice.

The Rigil exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and the scanning results are quite detailed. Battery life is decent, and the software is intuitive enough to get productive fast. Overall, a reliable scanner that makes 3D scanning approachable.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but this scanner actually blew me away. I tried scanning a few different objects around the house—curved surfaces, shiny parts, even some small intricate items—and it handled all of them surprisingly well. The markers made alignment super easy, and the software is really intuitive. What I love most is how fast I can go from scanning to an STL file ready for printing—saved me so much time.Definitely exceeded my expectations, and I’ll be using it for a lot more projects.

Just scanned a shin pad with the blue laser marker alignment. It’s a big, curved piece, but as long as the scanner sees 3+ markers, it grabs everything no problem.

The software’s auto and manual hole-filling is awesome—once that’s done, the STL is ready to print straight away. I did front and back scans, kept them in the same project, and used Project Alignment → Marker Alignment with 3 matching markers to merge into one clean model.

Honestly, it’s really easy and smooth, even on tricky curved surfaces.

I’ve been using the Rigil for two weeks and it’s become my go-to scanner. The workflow is smooth, the scans are high quality, and the handheld design is way more comfortable than tethered scanners. Small learning curve, but once you get it, it’s incredibly efficient.
